Coactive Connector® Residential Gateway Links Innovex Controls to the Internet

DISTRIBUTECH 2000, MIAMI BEACH, Florida, February 29, 2000 -- Coactive Networks, a leading provider of commercial and residential gateways, today announced a complete solution for Internet access to home controls, developed in partnership with Innovex Technologies. The combination of Innovex's intelligent home security, climate control, and lighting devices and the Coactive Connector® residential gateway brings consumers a new world of telemetry e-services based on Internet access to common household devices.

Telemetry e-services allow service providers such as electric utilities and telecommunications companies to gain new revenues, increase customer loyalty, and enter new markets by delivering multiple bundled services at a reduced cost using a single gateway to the Internet.
